“Topher is doing very well! He’s genuinely in the top three dogs I’ve ever owned. Hard to say one is better than another….haha. I’ve included pics of him with us as a family and even a couple of my buddies in the neighborhood. Everyone loves him…..as you’ll see, he thinks he’s a 15 lb lap dog! 😂🤣”
